ClearOS Firewall fail to start

if the firewall fail to start in ClearOS 5.x it is possibly due to the Bandwidth / QoS.

simpley change

BANDWIDTH_QOS=”on”
to
BANDWIDTH_QOS=”off”

and restart.

This is a bug and should be fixed in new releases of ClearOS
